We rented a car from Budget for 3 days whilst we were in Palma last week. We looked online first and saw we were able to get a small discount for booking in advance, after calling this office by the marina first she said the prices were about the same if we were to book in the day or in advance online. We booked a group D car for 73, this included insurance with an excess of over 1500 I think and we couldnt book for more insurance online but had to do it on collection. On collection at 9:20am on a Wednesday morning there was one other customer in the shop booking a rental, we were severed right away as there were 2 other free attendants. She proceeded to book us in and take licence details and didnt mention buying any extra insurance or upsells or anything like this. After reading other reviews of car rentals in Palma we wanted 0 excess so requested for extra insurance to cover this, along with windscreen protection (parking is so tight in Palma city a couple of times we saw other drivers bashing into other cars to get onto a tight space, Id use a parking lot if I were you and needed to park in the city). The extra insurance for the 3 days was 85.26 which is worth it for peace of mind. We paid in total 150.52 and were blown away by the car when we got it. It was a brand new Renault Kadjar with manual transmission (we knew it was new as it only had 50km on the dash which is as far away as a Renault garage we drive past later). The drive in it was great and we felt very safe driving around Mallorca in it. It had Apple CarPlay in it so when we plugged our phones in to charge we were able to use Apple Music, Spotify, messages and maps through the cars computer which made all the difference. We are now looking into buying one of these cars as we were so impressed by it. For 3 days of driving we had to fill the petrol so it was full again which cost 31 at a service station, the car was very economical. Overall wed definitely book from Budget online again, and would strongly recommend buying the full cover insurance on collection. The staff member who booked us in was very friendly also.
Von Anfang an eine Katastrophe. Falsche Rechnung, Khlwasser fehlte, Tank nicht voll (war als voll deklariert), hatten viel Zeit und rger, trotzdem keine Entschuldigung.
Achtung - betrgerische Leihwagenfirma. Wir haben online gebucht mit der Voraussetzung, dass der Tank voll bernommen wird und voll zurckgegeben wird. Der Leihpreis wurde im Voraus entrichtet. Wir haben den Wagen unversehrt und mit vollem Tank zurckgegeben. Trotzdem wurde anschlieend von der hinterlegten Kreditkarte noch ein Betrag von 88,64 Euro abgebucht. Es war im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich, dass weitere Kosten entstehen wrden. Eine zugesandte Rechnung hierzu war fr uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Eine Buchung bei Budget wrde fr uns nicht mehr infrage kommen.
ACHTUNG KOSTENFALLE - Ich wurde hier arglistig getuscht! Versicherungen wurden bei der Abholung versteckt verkauft. Kunden-Service vllig Inkompetent. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!! Ich empfehle einen serisen Anbieter!
BUDGET,Es algo ms que una estafa, por experiencia personal. Alquilamos un coche, que como es lgico, nada tena que ver con el deseado, era mucho ms pequeo. Ok , hasta aqu lo esperado por una compaa de bajo coste,Pero esto no iba a quedar as, el coche no funcionaba correctamente y 15 minutos despus de haberlo cogido, el coche se paro en seco en la autova, yo ni siquiera saba que esto poda pasar, y llevo conduciendo ms de 12 aos, tuvimos un accidente y no hay que lamentarse por vctimas mortales de milagro, y no exagero... Esto podra haber costado la vida de personas...La polica y todas las personas implicadas me mostraron su apoyo y cario, fui evacuada en ambulancia totalmente inmovilizada y con dolores muy fuertesY supongo que ya sabris que es lo que he recibido de parte de BUDGET, no? un cargo de mi banco de 3 ceros ... es el hecho de inmoralidad e inhumanidad ms grande que he visto en una empresa.TE ALQUILAN UN COCHES CON PROBLEMAS TCNICOS Y SON INCAPACES DE PEDIR DISCULPAS. PUEDE PASAR ALGUNA VEZ EN LA VIDA, NO SOMO PERFECTOS, PERO UN MENSAJE DE DISCULPAS ES LO NICO QUE IMAGINABA QUE HARANTodos lo partes de la polica y testigos confirman lo ocurridoMUCHO CUIDADO CON BUDGET, LO IMPORTANTE ES TU SEGURIDAD,
