I was in Palma on holiday last week and went here to 'fix' my broken phone screen. This place had no online reviews so I was a bit reluctant to come here but they said they would fix it within half an hour! Too good to be true. They said it would cost 310 euros to fix two phone screens (my dads phone was cracked too) which was COMPLETELY ridiculous anyway, but he convinced me that this was a 'discounted price' so we agreed. When i picked up the phones he made me check them in front of him and they seemed to be working fine. 10 minutes after leaving the shop my phone had already started playing up with lines on the screen and it kept freezing and flashing and turning off. I was already on my way somewhere so i couldn't return it immediately and it was closed the day after. My mum went back with it two days after with the receipt but he refused to fix it or refund us, saying that as i checked it in front of him it wasn't his fault. Completely guttered as I've wasted 155 euros and now my phone is completely broken and won't even turn on, so they made it worse! Appalling customer service - stay clear.
