Made an appointment two weeks ago to fix a tooth. Had to wait one more hour to be attended, but its ok... at the end i was checked in one min. and was reconfirmed that yes i have to fix that tooth and that i have to make another appointment and come back another day! The other appointment they made it for after one month!!! No comment.... why did i made the first appointment than, why did i waited for two weeks to fix my tooth, why did i go there for? To be send back and return after one month??!!!Completely dissapointed!
Desafortunadamente el servicio y el nivel de cortesia del personal de Asisa deja mucho que desear y de manera continua. Seguro que no renovare, hay mas empresas de seguros con mucho mejor servicio al cliente.
